Tavia has been with Solid Rock for the past 7 years, first as a gymnast and now as a coach for the past 4. She was a gymnast for 11 years, while in her last 4 years of gymnastics, she discovered her love for coaching. Her favorite part of coaching is sharing her passion for gymnastics and getting to watch kids grow in confidence and skills. Outside of the coaching, she enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with friends and family. “I love pouring my everything into kids and seeing where their hard work can take them, getting to help shape a kids life or gymnastics career is so rewarding!”
