USAG COMPETITIVE TEAM
The USA Gymnastics teams participate in competitions in Xcel and Dev Levels through Elite. We have 20+ Athletes in this program. These athletes train anywhere from 9 hours a week to 32 hours per week based on level and desired progress to upper levels.
Our teams train throughout the year. All levels compete in the Winter/Spring, and the Elite season runs late Spring through Summer.
Solid Rock Gymnastics is home to numerous State and Regional Champions. We have had athletes qualify to Level 9 Western Nationals and the Level 10 Developmental Program National Championships.
Solid Rock has won the Nebraska State Championships at one or more levels for the past 15 years in a row. In addition, we have developed several NCAA Student-Athletes competing at the Collegiate level.

AMERIKIDS COMPETITIVE TEAM
Our AmeriKids Competitive Team competes in the Winter/Spring.
The AmeriKids Gymnastics team offers the competitive experience to athletes in a less intensive and less expensive program that does not require quite the time commitment like our USAG program requires.
We currently have athletes in this program from level 2 through Optionals.
