QUESTIONS ASKED, QUESTIONS ANSWERED!
How do I pay for classes?
All payments can be made in person with cash or credit/debit card or online through our parent portal.
What are your session dates?
Session dates are available on the Class page. Sessions are 4 weeks long and do not correspond to the first and last date of a month.

Can we still join your classes after the session has started?
YES!! New students can start at any time. Tuition will be pro rated according to start date.

What should my child wear for class?
Comfortable T Shirt and Shorts / pants is all we require. No jeans, shorts or pants that have buttons or zippers. Bare feet in the gym so no tights please. Pony tails for hair long enough to hang in your child's eyes.

WE DO NOT ALLOW BARE MIDRIFFS. Because our coaches have to touch your child to spot them correctly, bare midriffs are not allowed.

Of course we have a wonderful pro shop with leotards and Solid Rock Apparel... Every little girl needs a beautiful leotard.

Can I drop my child off early?

No, students may not be in the viewing room unattended more than 10 minutes prior to class time unless approved by our staff. Siblings are not to be left unattended in our viewing room. Habitual early drop off will incur an early drop off fee of $15

What if I cant pick up on time?
Please notify the office if you will be unable to pick your child up within 10 minutes of the end of class. An occasional circumstance that creates this situation is fine. Habitual late pick up will incur a late pick up fee of $15

What if we are late or have to leave early?

No problem at all! Just let your teacher know. We feel that something is always better than nothing.

What is your make up policy?
We welcome make ups for student illnesses and family emergencies. During the summer, we allow 1 make up for vacation purposes. One make up per session and make ups are for continuing students only. Make ups must be made up in the current session and scheduled with the office.
Unfortunately, we do not allow make ups for scheduling conflicts or other activities. We pride ourselves in offering quality, consistent classes where the teacher is familiar with each of the participants and their skill level. Having different children in different classes continually hinders progress.
We like to compare it to other sports. If you cannot make a practice, the coach doesn't reschedule the practice for you.

Tuition is not prorated for absences.

Holiday Closures:
We are closed for:
-
New Years
-
Fourth of July
-
Thanksgiving
-
Christmas
When is Tuition due?

For new or non current students: Tuition is due when enrolling and reserve a class time.
For current students only: The tuition due date is the 15th of each month prior to the start of each session. For example: Tuition for a Session that primarily cover August is due July 15th.

Once you are a current student, tuition will be pulled from the card on file on your account on the 15th of each month, anytime between 8 AM & 9 PM unless you have made other arrangements for payment, paid through other means or have notified the office in writing of intent to discontinue.
If you prefer to make payment via means other than the card on file, we must receive that form of payment by the 14th to prevent the funds from being charged to the card on file.

LATE FEE POLICY: If tuition is not received before the 15th or the card on file is returned NSF when tuition is run on the 15th, our late fee policy goes into effect. The first time late, the fee is $15. The late fee then increases by $10 each additional time thereafter that tuition is received late. Tuition reserves your child's spot in class. In the event that tuition has not been received, and we have made several attempts to make contact to receive payment, the spot will not be help and be forfeited to someone on our wait list.

What if we want to take a break?

You must notify the office of your intention to discontinue classes for the next session prior to the 15th of the month.
Intention to discontinue must be submitted to the office in writing. Email or handwritten is acceptable.
Once tuition is pulled on the 15th it is non refundable and non transferable.
Your enrollment fee is good thru the entire school year (Sept - May) or summer (June - August) so when you return, you would not have another enrollment fee.
Are your teachers qualified?
Our coaches combined, have over 80 years of coaching experience.
Our first priority is that they love kids.
Second, is their gymnastics knowledge and background. We can teach them anything else they need to know.
All coaches spend a minimum of two weeks shadowing and training with a Senior Coach. All of coaches attend training session, clinics and professional education courses.

Several of our coaches have trained at the United States Olympic Training Center with the National and Olympic team coaches.

See our staff page for specific bios.

Can parents watch?
YES! Parents are welcome to stay and watch class but are not required to stay. Please enjoy our large viewing room with table and chairs as well as our complimentary WiFi and Coffee.
We have the "FLIP FLOP" snack shop as well where you can purchase snacks and drinks
FUN FACT: Did you know that a "FLIP FLOP" is a back handspring in gymnastics?

What is your ratio of children to coaches?
We offer the lowest student to teacher ratio in Lincoln!
Please see our CLASSES Page for specifics.

What is your Inclement Weather Policy?
We do not follow LPS, UNL or any other closings. We rarely close as it is virtually impossible to provide everyone with a make up.
Streets must be impassible and travel impossible versus undesirable.
If we do close, we will post on our website and Facebook page as well as email impacted students.
Travel is always at your discretion but unless we close, make ups are not offered.
We encourage attendance when possible on inclement days as classes are typically smaller than normal.
