Coach Danelle on coaching the US National Team at the Pac Rim Championships & the Junior Pan Am Games in 2018! She coached the 4 time Gold Medalist and 1 Bronze in Pam Ams and helped team USA bring home a total 7 Gold Medals and 2 Bronze Medals.

PARENT TOT CLASSES
For any youngster ages 18 months to 3 years, that can't stop bouncing! Teaches simple motor skills as well as basic gymnastics. It is very hands on for the parent participant. In addition to a whole lot of fun and physical activity, this class is great to help children learn the skills of listening, following directions, staying on task, etc.

JUNIOR CLASSES
Ages 3 to 6
We offer 55 minute gymnastics classes for children ages 3 - 6.
SCHOOL AGE CLASSES
Ages 6 to 16
We offer 85 minute gymnastics classes for children ages 6 - 16.

Ages 16 and up
We offer 60 minute gymnastics classes for children ages 16 and up.

Competitive Teams
Solid Rock Gymnastics participates in Amerikids and USA Gymnastics. Students who develop the skills and express interest in competitive gymnastics are invited to participate in one or both of these programs. We have team track classes to facilitate the development of participants who desire and demonstrate the ability to be competitive athletes.
