At Solid Rock, gymnast, parent, coach and supporting persons work together as a TEAM to give team member and families the best experience possible.
Providing a fun and positive environment while striving for gymnastics excellence is what our program is all about. We are here to help gymnasts to become a happy, healthy and responsible person. It is our goal to have a positive impact on every child’s future.
In addition to great gymnastics, team gymnasts at
Solid Rock will be taught important life skills including positive self- image, manners, respect for self, others and personal property, work ethic, discipline, communication skills, honesty and integrity, teamwork, time management, money management and other skills. It is important that team gymnasts and parents believe in and support our development of the whole athlete.
Solid Rock Gymnastics is a participating club in USA Gymnastics and AmeriKids Gymnastics.
2011-2012 Solid Rock has over 60 team competitors ranging from level 3 to level 10 and includes boys and girls competitiors.
